Cancellation/Refund Policy

Customers can cancel up to 24 hours before their booked service for a full refund. After 24 hours 

BusR LLC charges $150.00 Cancellation fee. 

• You must call either 254-500-7407 or 254-800-5195 and speak to a company representative before 24 hours of your scheduled trip to get a full refund. 
• Cancellation via voicemail or e-mail does not validate your cancellation.
